  • Immerse yourself in a Live Experiential Workshop where you're gain an understanding of the monthly theme and engage in playful, focused activity where you'll learn strategy to apply what you're learning in your Personal Healing Journey
  • Come to a Group Consulting Playdate guided by De'Nicea where you’ll be in like company grounded in getting supportive feed-forward, insight and tips to use in your Journey
  • Go on a journey with the Guided Meditation or Visualization that supports the integration of the monthly theme
  • Really bring in implementing the monthly concept by completing the Activity or Playbook created to facilitate integration through play
