UnSlumber Party! Body Exploration: Appreciating Your Spirit’s Classroom

Get ready for a day of PLAY as explore the Body’s Role in Your Spirit’s Growth and Purpose – for anything Spiritual, Emotional, Mental or Physical.
Logistics:
Breaks will be done throughout the day.
We will enjoy lunch together, so have your meal prepped beforehand. There will be time to heat and bring to where you’re seated, grab a drink, etc.
Upon registration, you’ll receive links to log into the event 36-48 hours in advance, so be sure to register with an email you actively check.
We will be using Zoom and this is done via VIDEO (can’t be an UnSlumber Party without seeing each other!) Desktop is highly recommended so you’re not holding your phone throughout our time together. You will be doing activities so would want to have your hands free to do them.

Donning your most comfy PJ’s, prepare to go on an adventure as you become aware of your Perception, shift Perspectives and explore Possibilities in the relationship with your Self and your Healing!
Healing of what, you ask? Really, ANY Emotional, Mental or Physical symptom or condition are invitations for you to retreat, reassess and recalibrate. There’s much playing a role in what you’re experiencing right now.
No UnSlumber Party is the same! Each UnSlumber Party will have a different theme that we’ll be working with that day. Albeit different, the result is the same: you’ll leave away with tools you use at any point in your life (especially because you’ll see you’ve already used them during the UnSlumber Party!) as your guideposts for when you’ve got a Spiritual, Emotional, Mental or Physical message that’s calling your attention.
